The 5EXi was designed with self-assembly in mind. All the components are laser-cut, pre-drilled, jig-aligned and ready to bolt together, making it an enjoyable project – and all the more fun if you get friends or family involved.
The component-form 5EXi can be put together in around 80 to 100 hours and at a significant saving over the cost of a factory-built car.
Or if you can pay a little more and just supply and fit the engine and gearbox – there’s still money to be saved.
